This is a 1st Line Support Service that is open to both employers and employees, provided by our Senior HR Consultant.
This service is offered as a "first port of call" and in most cases your questions can be answered quickly on the telephone. More complex or ongoing issues can be met by daily consultancy, or escalation to our legal partners.
This is a free service* to all existing clients of JMA Network, and is also available to other employers and candidates by arrangement!

*Existing Clients receive up to one hour free consultancy courtesy of JMA Network which generally resolves most cases. Candidates and other employers may also qualify at our discretion. Thereafter a Rate Card will apply. We aim to respond to your first contact enquiry within four working hours.
