Client Sales Consultants - Senior Sales Recruiters

We are looking to hire experienced Sales Recruiters to join our busy recruitment team. Your focus will be on the development of named client accounts, cross-selling and new business. You will have a proven track record in Sales recruitment for any B2B sector, and aspire to focussing on high net worth technology sales people. You should be experienced in selling recruitment solutions to middle and senior management, able to explain the bigger picture in terms of the whole recruitment piece.

The majority of our client opportunities come to us by referral, response to our trade media presence, and other introducers. Your role will concentrate on qualification of key vacancies, instruction of the resourcing team to meet your needs, shortlisting the best candidates for client interview, the set-up and close of the placement.

Remuneration We are a small consultancy, where your contribution will be rewarded highly. We are not a high staff turnover employer. Passionate about our business� we are looking for like-minded ambitious individuals that aspire to sales and ultimately, management success.

Salary of £25k to £30k, OTE £55k Year One Uncapped, Expenses, Blackberry, Long Term Incentive Plan, Pension and Health Insurance.

Location Our modern office is situated 100 yards from Greenwich Station, offering an 8 minute service to and from London Bridge, or by DLR to Canary Wharf and beyond. Staff parking is available for those wishing to commute to work by car.
