Job Description

We are urgently seeking to appoint three new recruiters to join our London and Uxbridge offices.
The ideal candidate will;
*Have at least three years technology or sales recruitment experience
*Have majored in permanent placements
*Be living within 40 minutes commute of SE10 or UB8
*Be naturally hardworking and ambitious
*Want to join a mission to become the leading agency in our field!

We are offering a basic salary and aggressive comm plan, that can deliver an OTE of £45k in the first year, but could easily double with overperformance. Consistent overperformance will be rewarded with share options!

We are utilising highly efficient workflow orientated recruitment software, with full remote access to our sales consultants in the UK and Spain, which allows us to drive the business from "the front".

We are a proper sales organisation with support systems that presents matched candidates (drawn down from the major UK job sites) automatically against your live vacancies. This focusses our consultants' attention on talking to candidates and clients to construct and close the sale.

We are a natural home to senior experienced recruiters who want to be treated like adults, allowed to take responsibility, and want to be paid a straightforward % sales commission! >We don't do Supermarket Recruitment and we don't pay out staff with vouchers!
